We need to know if the ladders will cause shading problems. Panel output can be reduced by very little shading. So, yes, pictures would be very helpful.

Pictures should show where the ladders and racks cause shading. With solar, you will find yourself looking for sunny parking spots!

Thanks for the thoughts.

I think some shading is inevitable with my van, unless I mounted panels to the hood (possible, but doesn't seem ideal). I will try to send some pics next week.

I'm wondering about the sunny parking - I LOVE parking in the shade! :)
