If you are off grid here in a provincial park, you can't run the gen until 9am. (At least that is the rule. There are always those that think the rules don't apply to them!) So for breakfast earlier than that, it is inverter for proper toast in a real toaster instead of that bread-burner stupid thing that goes on the propane stove top for maximum smoke--setting of the fire alarm and that makes the dogs bark--not cool :(
