My take on it is a little different than already posted.
You have the flooded battery. You have the AGM battery. Both are bought and paid for. The chemistry is virtually the same, both are lead-acid batteries.
If you want to use them together, go for it. The worst thing that will happen is you might shorten the life of one by a few months. On the other hand you can use what you've got without further expense, labor, or aggravation. I would do it.
