The only battery I am a aware of that can be depleted cycled repeatedly with little damage is a lithium and you do not want to know the price of them. Nickel Metal Hydride is another choice. This is some pretty exotic stuff.
So called "Sealed Flooded" lead acid batteries are usually calcium/calcium and they will DIE a rude death if cycled below 70% state of charge repeatedly. If you shake a sealed lead acid battery and it sloshes it's not an AGM.
