Solar Blvd 100w kit for #249 inc, shipping The kit weighs 25 lbs and has the complete setup. When you attach to the sled, cover the cells with a piece of FRP plastic or 1/4" plywood. The solar panels actually have a fair amount of durability for stress.
Another avenue might be to make the module the frame for the sled. When you arrive at camp site, take everything off and tip up sled/module for power. If I was doing this, I'd use a piece of aluminum panel that attached to the module frame, bracing it with another frame of aluminum angle. If you do it that way, you could lift off your transport frame with everything on it and deploy the module. I'll leave the skis or slide surface to your own engineering abilities.
