AGM Batteries - Any downside?

About the only negative I can find, is they cost more. However, if they are going to last longer, be more reliable, and have less issues, it seems worth it.

So, I wanted to ask the forum, if anyone has any negatives about the AGM type batteries, versus the flooded type ?

BATTERY TUTORIAL
As a note, the purity of the lead used in the battery has much to do with the overall quality of the battery. If you do a bit of research you will see which ones use better materials. (I don't believe that site has that info, however if you dig deep enough at actual manufacturer sites.)
