Can be used as a sales buzzword. I've seen some pretty incredible stuff done in the name of exclusivity with high end products. My favorite is a hundred eighty dollar electrical receptacle. Yeah, the same kind and the ones you can run in Home Depot and Buy (20-amp nylon 120 vac) for eight bucks...
The 24karat gold plated receptacles is hyped as "passing more and cleaner electrical power to your top end tube type power amplifier". The ad goes on to tout the need of coupling this ridiculous idea to their 24 karat gold plated plug.
The AGM battery is not hyperbole UNLESS it is tossed into the fray SOLELY because it is a viable BUZZWORD to prospective RV purchasers. In that case with the AGM's defensible positive attributes adding AGM batteries to a top of the line RV is almost mandatory.
I'll bet the million dollar bus conversions have Lithium. Betcha, betcha.
