I agree 100%!
Like John I depend on solar for almost all of my charging so high bulk charging current isn't much of a real-world benefit to me.
I s'pose I could imagine a situation where a fast bulk charge would be convenient in terms of short generator/truck run time (e.g. several snowy/rainy winter days in a row with low sun harvest and lots of heater run-time), but I can't say that I have ever actually needed to do that.
