This is a Meanwell RSP-1500-15 power supply. It has an EXTERNALLY EXPOSED adjustment pot.
Set it to 14.4 volts. It will never need to be adjusted again.
You will need a 3 Kw generator to drive it. Same as a large 2000 watt inverter charger
The one I have sitting four feet from where I am typing this and it has a 132 ampere charging potential. Regulated to 14.4 volts FOREVER if I wish.
Nothing on earth is faster for recharging an AGM than saturated voltage charging. IT IS PERFECTLY SAFE TO SATURATED VOLTAGE CHARGE A LIFELINE.
When your Magnum has it's psychotic control circuit drop voltage, put it in a rubber room and start the Meanwell. Or just use the Meanwell for battery charging.
This is not a difficult subject to correct.
I know of absolutely ZERO inverter chargers that can meet these specifications. They are all programmed to be loonier than a ****house rat
