Aims is not a "stellar" maker such as Victron, Outback, or Magnum, but any inverter can fail.
However, since it passed testing by the repair center it may be a DC or AC wiring problem at the end user level.
What size battery bank (amp-hours)? What size cables to the Inverter, and how long is the run? How is it connected to the RV?
