Get an early start and cool it before it gets warmed up.
Lot of latent heat in furniture/walls---ceiling to cool before you will get rig cooled down.
Keep it cool and don;t let it warm up.
13.5K is marginal but doable
15K would be better but 1/2 of your available 30A will be used for A/C so you would need to do a little 'electrical load' management
IE: Fridge, Water heater on propane and iffy on microwave at same time A/C on
