Air Ride Seat in F350

Hi Folks!
Anyone out there ever swapped an F350 (ours is 2015) King Ranch seat for an aftermarket air ride seat? Was it worth it? Can you tell a difference? Does it help you stay 'in the saddle' longer?

Thanks again!

  • I actually looked into this idea a year or two ago. At the time I found Industrial Seat Co. made an air ride pedestal that fit my Captains Chairs for around $300.00 a side. I drive a Freightliner for work and think this would help. The best help is the most expensive and it would be to convert the rear spring set-up to air ride like in a semi. Around $10-12 grand.

Is that tech corner? Link please. Thank you Admin
  • From my experience driving a big rig I don't think it would help much. I drive an F350 with a 38 ft 5th and I installed timbrens. That helped.
