I'm using 470W of solar, and when it is running in good light, the current from the MPPT helps keep the voltage up. Typically, the inverter will still show low voltage, but keep above the shut off voltage (10.5?) when the solar is producing 150-200W+. If there is no sun (ie early morning, making coffee), then the voltage eventually drops to shut off point.
There are a lot of variables, I will check the ground as mentioned above, but don';t think that is an issue, unless there is corrosion on the terminal
