Running high inverter loads has nothing to do with solar /no solar as such. It is just a matter of inverter-battery.
You can run the microwave for five or ten minutes or make toast or boil water in an electric kettle. No big deal. The thing is the time to go with those high amps.
An AH is an AH whether the A is big and the H is small or the other way around. Your temporary loaded voltage doesn't matter for battery life- it is the SOC that matters, which is reflected in the resting voltage.
