How about getting rid of the coffeemaker?
My four Group 27 6-volt 440 Ah AGMs weigh 288 lbs. Five 100 watt panels/mounts 100 lbs. Charge controller, remote and shunt 8 lbs. 2000 watt inverter 40 lbs. Wires, switching and fusing maybe 100 lbs. Can't be much over 600 lbs. for a complete system. That is certainly enough to run a coffeemaker, but I have better uses for my daily 200 Ah.
