We have not been able to go out much in the last year so I have kept the 53r plugged in at home. I check the two Cr235 6v batteries monthly and top off as needed (which is not much). The 5er has a WFC...

I do not keep my fifth wheel plugged in. I disconnect the batt via remote shut off witch, then plug the maintainer into the pig tail I have going to the battery and leave the ole girl set in that mode.
After loosing two Trojan T105's in a year because of not being educated in the workings of a converter and understanding batteries better I have a better appreciation for knowing more and spending less.
