BTW SandiaMan was correct the actual float was 13.2 to 13.3 not 12.2 to 12.3.
Aaah, Laguna! Spent a summer there in my youth:) At this point I believe that all is well. I am just trying to make sure "all" stays that way. I want to get the best service out of my Crowns and would like to spend the money elsewhere.
