An AGM Temp Comp Battery Maintainer That Doesn't BUZZ?

I cannot seem to find one that does not BUZZ. So called desulfation that is a ripoff in that ALL BATTERY CHARGERS BUZZ without any circuit changes. Why should I have to buy a capacitor? Float 13.3 ...
