14.2 on shore power no battery is too high, but 12.4 with shore power and converter is too low (13.6 expected)
You need to be more precise in trouble shooting/isolating each side.
First Step, take all the wires off the battery (not just the disconnect switch) and with shore power, see if you have "12v" (13.6)If yes/no report back for Step Two.
