That unit is over 14 cu. in.
What's being ignored is the max 1-2a draw... and this is used to calculate the Amp Hour Rating.
Well I don't know about your 1000mah cell
But if you go take a closer look at the batteries I the link I posted
You will see they are also 2~3 amp max and are still only 10,000man
I wouldn't try sticking 50 of your cells in a sealed box
Remember lithium has a heat control problem
Charge rate and heat dissipation have to be controlled
If 100 models/brand that size are 10,000
How does one seller pack 50,000 into the same case
Look close and you will find identical looking models with different brand name and marked 10,000man
