That is not a low Voltage in the AGM world, but rather an upper limit. Low might be the 14.3V regular charging Volts for Lifelines. The decal on My Deka says charge 13.8-14.6V. It further warns that 14.6V is not to be exceeded. Trojan AGM also has a range beginning at 13.8V.
What is the reason for the 14.7V?
