Any absorption fridges that do not require 12 volts to run?
Are there any 12 volt LP gas fridges that will run if the 12 volt battery dies, or are all new models dependent on having this?

The Norcold N305/N306 refrigerars will operate on either 120 volt AC or propane. On propane, they do not need any outside electrical power, either 120 volt or 12 volt. Temperature is controlled by the size of the flame on propane instead of a thermostat. Not difficult at all with the aid of a thermometer.
