Any Drawbacks to Using Circuit Breaker instead of Fuse?

I'm essentially a visitor here so I'll bite my tongue.

I'll put you down for answering my question as to whether both breakers will assuredly be carrying the same current as "yes" because their resistances will be precisely the same.
