Any recommendations for tank heaters?

The fridge in our discovery has heat tape on the water line to the ice maker.

if your looking for this to solve all of your freezing problems don't forger the small water lines that will freeze first and quickest. You can believe that it will not freeze and break where it is easy to get to.

Usually the on board furnace is enough.

No thermostat and goes to 320F. Better for a steel tank .

Why not get the 12V version?

Doesn't your rig have a stock converter (drops pedestal or generator power down to 12V) in it? If it does have a converter like most/all RVs come with, then you always have a choice to keep the tanks warm: The pads can be powered off a pedestal or off the batteries - in the rare times when you might need the tanks kept warm but aren't able to be on hookups.

It's been over 10 years since I did mine. I did UltraHeat on the fresh tank and some other brand on the other tanks. The UltraHeat was a rubber material with superior sticking glue compared to the other one that was foil like and seemed much more fragile.

I have and recommend www.ultraheat.com pads.

Gallon ratings are on the website. Be careful loading up on 12v pads as the amps add up fast and may require a second converter.

Get a 12 volt heating blanket. The cheap ones do not "time out".

Or

Get a house brand heating pad from Publix ($14) or Walmart. They draw 50 watts and don't care if they are being fed MSW power.

I chose the 2nd way.
