.. of those in line ones you buy that are made for the RV? The in line units look like they cost $30 each. The cartridges for the home units are like $7 at any hardware store.

Distillation and 03 are the two sterilization methods I trust. The nastiest amoeba and protozoa have a 1000x overkill rating when the water is saturated with 03 for 15 minutes. When on the road and deprived of sterilized water, which is absolutely different from purified water, I use a pressure cooker. 20 minutes of the valve rocking back and forth. The kill rate is ridiculous.
Does not neuter mercury or arsenic. :( very serious hazard in mercury or arsenic areas. My ocean going Village RO removes metals but I trust sterilization to 03
