You know while I understand those who like the non-maintenance AGM batteries, I gotta say that the little amount of maintenance required for a wet cell is well worth not having to pay double the amount of money for a battery that won't last any longer.
I typically have to put water in my four wet cell batteries about once every two to three months and I have to clean the terminals about twice a year. In either situation, it takes me only a few minutes of my time to keep the batteries full and clean.
Mine are now six years old and work as good as they did new. When it comes time to replace them, I'll probably duplicate what I have.
