Anyone plumbed in a Washer/Dryer w/o your rig pre-prepped?

We bought a Splendide of Craigslist at a big discount(looks like it was never even used), and when I got a quote for prep in our TH, I was told around 1k.... so I am hoping I can do it myself. I just...

Have to run hot and cold water lines
Have to run a drain line to grey tank
Have to run a vent line on drain line so washer can drain
Have to run 110V AC power
Have to run dryer vent

About $1k.....sounds about right
