Anyone watch the TV show "Ice Cold Gold"?

Actually, the topic of this thread was about a Honda eu2000i portable generator being dropped from a helicopter at 2000' on this weeks episode of Ice Cold Gold.....

Did you see where they tried mining on land that had already been mined years ago? One could not even tell it had been mined. And, 50 years ago, I am sure they did NO restoration. Mother Nature does that over time.

The problem with most of these shows is seperating "reality" from some of these dufas's playing to the camera, and I think Bearing Sea Gold, and a few of these low class hillbilly shows (no offence to hillbillys) take hamming it up to another level. IMO, that doesnt come through as much in Gold Rush. Ice Cold, and a lesser extent, Deadliest Catch.

Yeah, these reality-TV shows are interesting. I watch all the gold harvesting shows, my favorite being "Gold Rush" where they are actually doing some mining. "Bering Sea" is humorous, just proves that anyone with a dredge can actually harvest gold if it's under them, lol. "Ice Cold Gold" is interesting because we're seeing parts of Greenland being exposed that have been covered with ice for millennia. The crew, on the other hand, is ridiculous, almost painful to watch.

The last Bearing sea gold I watch was the old man telling his kid he was screwed after doing all the work to pay for the in land set up. I would have taken the barge and ran. lol

You could just mute it and watch Emily perform. :E

I really got hooked on the GOLD RUSH series. Have been watching the ICE COLD GOLD which is pretty good. I like them when they wear cowboy hats haha...
