An air capacitor could make an excellent electrical energy storage device ("battery") with infinite life, dischargeable down to zero every usage cycle, and the air between it's plates is not toxic.
It just takes a Big Rig to carry one with large enough plates to power an RV for dry camping a few days. ;)
