Disconnect the Black tank flush hose. The only other possibility is someone is USING your toilet without you knowing about it, or your wife is flushing the toilet excessively to drive you crazy and it is working:B Doug
PS, I am also assuming your Toilet water valve is not leaking and the excess water is flowing thru the ball valve because your seal is not tight into the tank.
