Aquatainers bad spouts and caps crack...
Like the Aquatainers, but they have a bad habit of cracked spouts and caps. Sadly, you don't always know they are broken until you flip it to use and it leaks out your precious spring water :E ...

I've had good luck with the Aquatainers, but not with my Reliance Hydroller, which constantly leaks when put in the down position (so you can use the spout).
I even bought a new cap for it but to no avail. The neck on the container itself is deformed (it came out badly out of the plastic mold, I think).
Anyway, I don't think the originals had the 5 year warranty and it is beyond that now anyway. I've tried wrapping teflon tape around it, but still leaks. Now we just keep it upright and only tilt it down when we need to draw water, but it is a pain to use it that way. (But we do like the fact that it has wheels and doesn't need to be carried when full)
