The lights and fan are 12 volts DC. Locate your 12 volt power distribution panel. It is commonly adjacent to the 120 volt AC circuit breakers. Odds are that there is blown fuse.
120 volt receptacles are only hot when plugged into shore power whether it is power from pedestal or genset. It could have a tripped circuit breaker in the 120 volt panel. Turn off all circuit breakers, applying light pressure toward off then turn them back on one at a time. Make sure you have 120 volts AC to rig.
