120 volt receptacles are only hot when plugged into shore power whether it is power from pedestal or genset. It could have a tripped circuit breaker in the 120 volt panel. Turn off all circuit breakers, applying light pressure toward off then turn them back on one at a time. Make sure you have 120 volts AC to rig.
I did try reseting all circuit breakers as I read that in my google searches. Also checked all fuses in the fuse panel. I have the same issue when I tried shore power at campground, home, and inboard generator. It just the couple lights in bedroom, the fan, and two outlet plugs, none have power
