Look for a second GFCI receptacle. For receptacle issue
Galley? Head?
Test the lights to see if it is a ground or power wire issue. May need to use a piece of wire to run from 12 volt panel to testing device. Connect wire to power and then testing device between wire and device. Switch wire to ground and test for power at device.
Could be a bad splice somewhere!
