Those folks insert far too many asssssssssssssumptions into their pontifications for their conclusions to have any meaning whatsoever. If an engineer would approach a huge blackboard and proceed to detail process by process the chemical reactions that ensure, trust me, that blackboard would be filled if any but one process was detailed. There are too many permutations and only a large, non public mainframe computer could scroll through the top 200 permutations most commonly found when RV'ers charge their batteries. Many of the formulas are influenced by time. All are influenced by amplitude. Others by temperature.
