Hi,
Add a switch to split the bank. Alternate between banks every two days. Turn on the switch when needing every amp you have got when running the microwave.
It is a small expense, and a tiny bit more effort. Gains would (in theory) be a longer lasting battery bank. But banks maintained by solar generally last much longer any way!
I'm an energy hog when I'm in the rv so I need not worry about not using 5%--my biggest worry is getting back to 100% state of charge when I'm down a couple of hundred amp-hours.
