Don't take it so hard. I agree with a lot of what you say. As I said before, everyone's situation is unique. What you or I find to be true or acceptable for our situations can't always be applied universally for everyone else's.
You and I both know that the majority of people chronically undercharge their batteries. Everyday I see a question or questions about this. Why reinvent the wheel? The solution is readily available! BFL, is just trying to help people not do that anymore. What he's saying IS universal.
