A lot of people seem to go by what a meter or monitor says. None of mine indicate full correctly. I have a battery meter (Victron) and two clamp on multimeters. I can measure volts, look at current going in, or look at amp-hours. If volts says 12.83V (after surface charge wears off), current is zero, or amp-hour meter says 100% SOC, a quick dip of the hydrometer calls them all liars. On goes the B&D or manual charger. Maybe it just doesn't matter and I'm just anal. :)
