I guess I'm confused as to what you are looking for. It's probably doubtful that you'll be able to find a factory made jumper to go between both cords, but a simple trip to any electrical supply house with both cords in hand should get you the necessary cord ends and a foot of whatever electrical cord you need to connect them. An hour's work and some silicon caulk will give you what you need. You may be able to get the parts cheaper at a Lowe's, Home Depot or even a good Ace Hardware but those plugs are not needed every day. An electrical supply house will probably have just what you need in stock.
