I've never seen an adapter to connect the two if it exists.
Since you want to keep both cords usable as is, buy the mating ends and make your own.
It wouldn't be too hard to do. If you're concerned because you don't understand electricity, get the connectors and hire an electrician to wire them together, shouldn't take him more that 15 or 20 minutes
