Yes, theres a red wire from the module to the gas valve.
I checked the ground wires mounted to the gas valve, that little mounting nut was rusty, so took it off & cleaned the wire end & mounted back up & put some WD40 on it.
Every connector I removed felt tight & was clean looking, so added a little WD to those as well.
Would be nice, if there was a way to bypass that control box & make the heater work manually.
