It is testing out just like you are listing Old-Biscuit, 12V on brown threw thermo to module, but no 12V on red wire, so I guess module is bad.
Found a new module on e bay for $116.00 + shipping.
Could this control module be something Flight Systems could repair ?.

The manual will tell you how to test the module. Mine went out while on the road and the manual was easy to follow. It did turn out it was the module. I HIGHLY recommend going to A.S.A.P. for a replacement Dinosaur board. Not only did they have a great price they overnighted it to a drop off location for me to pick up while on the road. Great people to work with.
ON EDIT:
If you do go with a Dinosaur board make sure you buy the mounting kit also. If not you run a risk of running the screws into the tank. You'll be converting from two screws to four.
