Atwood HE-0601 refrigerator problem

Hello all. I purchased a brand new travel trailer and my refrigerator is not working. When I hit the power button, the check, auto, gas & ac lights all stay lit solid not allowing me to choose a mode. The troubleshooting guide says to check the fuse so I did and it was ok. I know its still under warranty but it is several hours away so I was hoping it might be something simple like a reset button that I could fix myself. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  • I'd go back to the place where you purchased if you can't resolve.
  • Thanks guys I will check those options. The camper was purchased unused and new in November 2013. It is kept several hours from my home but will be able to check it this weekend.
  • I bet it is a loose wire or something not connected. Did it work before or is it really new ? The voltage has to be 10v or more to work properly

I have not delt with Atwood either. This will be interesting. Doug
