Auto leveling system

I cannot get the leveling system to retract.  All of the lights were flashing, so I did reset the system.  Once reset, the system comes on just fine and shows that the jacks are down.  Either in Auto mode or in Manual mode, when I push the retract jacks button, nothing happens.
