As it turns out. The batteries were not charging with the generator or shore power. After checking everything with the voltage meter, it is determined that the converter is bad. We used a battery charger to help keep the batteries charged while on vacation, which worked well as a temporary fix as there was no time to replace before leaving.
Now the question is is this a difficult task to replace on a coach? I am not sure where the converter is located and my dealer can't get me in until late May.
