This absolutely works great. The only addition I would make is to make a solution of water and dandruff shampoo and wet the entire awnining with it - rolling it up and out to get a good coating on it. Then let it dry and roll up. A friend's daughter (more or less) told him about researchers in the tropics coat all their stuff with it and it really keeps the mold and mildew down. It apparently has great mold inhibitors in it and I swear by it. duh1 - still learning.
