AWNING HOLE ?

Original Care Free Awning fifteen years old. Washing today noticed a hole on awning fabric about three feet back and four inch's from side of trailer. Hole is where fabric is seperating and about 8 inch long. It is always exposed and I guess UV rays finally took their toll. Can I buy a patch for this and get another year or two? Or is it new fabric time?

    Thank you! . I will try the awning repair tape and see if I can buy some time.

    I have used the awning repair tape with very good results.

    I applied the repair tape a few years ago. It's still working.
    A new awning is the best repair.

    I just replaced two of mine. Excellent quality. Mine were only about 8 yrs. I could have sewn them and squeaked a few more years but they were sagging and looking rather worn.

    This stuff works as a temporary repair for at least a couple years. Clean the awning good around area, on both top and bottom. I suggest applying to both sides.
