Well, for a follow up, I finally got a response. The awning is on back order and they aren't sure when they will be able to get it. So, they are another company that advertises as for sale a product they don't have and don't even know if they can get in a reasonable time frame. On the positive side though, they did refund my money quickly when I cancelled the order, now that I've wasted a week and a half with them. If anyone considers using this company, I would call or email in advance to confirm that they do have the product in stock before paying for anything. I myself will not ever use them again.
