You're right JIMNLIN, after thinking about installing LT tires, I've decided to go with Maxxis ST tires. I don't go over 65 mph anyway. If I can't get BF Goodrich or Firestone to recommend an LT tire, I'll stay with a tire that I've had good luck with.
BTW, I was careful when wording my original email to the tire companies to prevent "putting them on the spot".
Lesson learned.
