When the odor occurs in your rv are you absolutely sure the trap below the washer actually has enough water in it to provide a seal? Travel down the road can splash enough water out of the traps to unseal them. I would make sure after you've stopped traveling for the day to run a bit of water down each gray water drain line that has a trap to ensure that they have a seal in them.
